Your fate…

You will receive a letter from a distant zip code.  It will be addressed in a woman’s handwriting.  Inside the envelope will be a small plastic baby.  Over the next 9 months, you will receive dozens of letters, each containing an infant-shaped piece of plastic. You will begin to think of a woman you knew many years ago.  You will hear a knock at your front door.  You will open the door to a stranger.
