Yea, though your trials are many.  And Yea, though you suffer through the valley of the shadow, you shall reach the mountain, and you shall climb with great joy toward the summit.

 Shall the rains wash you down again? No.  They shall quench your thirst. 

Shall the winds blow you asunder?  No. They shall fill your lungs with breath. 

And you shall reach the mountain top!  And you shall rejoice! And you shall throw your arms toward the heavens!
